Today, we're going to go study Korean consonant!
오늘은 한국어 자음을 공부해 볼 거예요!
Korean consonant consist of14 characters based on 5 primary characters: 'ㄱ, ㄴ, ㅁ, ㅅ, ㅇ'.
한국어 자음은 'ㄱ, ㄴ, ㅁ, ㅅ, ㅇ' 5의 기본 글자들을 바탕으로 총 14개로 구성되어 있어요.
The consonants of Hangeul are designed based on vocalizations.
한글의 자음들은 말소리를 기초로 만들어졌어요.
I want you to read aloud so that you can feel where consonant are formed by sound.
소리를 내면서 여러번 읽어보세요! 그러면 소리가 어디에서 만들어졌는지 느낄 수 있을거예요!
and after you compare it with the picture, you can realize that! "Oh, I finally know why they made it like this!"
그리고 그림과 비교하면, "아! 그래서 이렇게 만들었구나!"하고 이해가 될 거예요.
